As the world’s first AD early blood testing product based on SI-MDS technology (which combines sample incubation techniques with the MDS platform), AlzOn+ offers two core advantages. First, its detection target is more precise, directly measuring Aβ oligomerization levels closely associated with neurotoxicity. Second, sample incubation techniques amplify the differences in Aβ oligomerization between AD patients and healthy individuals, yielding more stable results and significantly improving detection sensitivity and specificity.

The AlzOn+ testing technology is intended for two population groups: asymptomatic individuals aged 40 and above, for early Alzheimer’s disease risk screening to identify potential risks at the earliest stage of the disease; and patients aged 60 and above with cognitive symptoms, for whom it serves as an important aid to auxiliary diagnosis. Through early screening, high-risk individuals can identify pathological risks while still asymptomatic, allowing disease progression to be delayed through lifestyle interventions, management of underlying conditions, and other measures.
